Help:My daughter v.s. Sex?

Okay I have a son(Zach,12) and twin girls(Violet and Lily,10) And Lily is the nice and Violet kinda mean... anyway Violet came to me yesterday or Saturday and told me that she wants to have sex. I told her to sit down and its time to have a talk. I talked to her for about an 1hour or 30min. and she said okay but she still wants to have sex i told her i dont want to hear it and i called her dr. and he said its "NORMAL" and im thinking wtf?!!! So i know im not asking you to tell her to have it its just that i think she has been taking my tampons and stuff too. I'm not sure what her and Lily do by themselves or look at on the internet, but give me tips please. And I had to talk to Zach about the same thing like 3 weeks ago and he was fine. So thanks and help me! p.s. I'm 31.

I think you need to restrict her acess to computer/TV and ask Lilly about her sister's behavior when they are alone.
